Present at NAADAC's 2015 Annual Conference in Washington, DC

NAADAC is excited to announce the Call for Presentations for its 2015 Annual Conference to be heldOctober 9-13, 2015 in Washington, D.C. The 2015 Annual Conferencewill be held at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center from October 9-13, 2015, including pre-conference training sessions on October 9th and an Advocacy Day on Capitol Hill onOctober 13th. Regular conference sessions will take place October 10-12th.NAADAC members and non-members are invited to submit presentations for pre-conference sessions, breakout sessions, and plenary sessions. NAADAC encourages young investigators, researchers, and addiction professionals from diverse organizations and fields to submit.

Apply for Masters Scholarship Program for Addiction Counselors |
The application period for the NAADAC Minority Fellowship Program for Addiction Counselors (NMFP-AC) is now open through February 28, 2015!
NAADAC has been awarded the Now is the Time: Minority Fellowship Program for Addictions Counselors (NITT-MFP-AC) Master’s Level Grant by The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) in the amount of $800,000 per year for four years, for a total of $3.2M.
The NAADAC Minority Fellowship Program for Addiction Counselors (NMFP-AC) will increase the number of culturally-competent Master’s Level addiction counselors available to serve underserved and minority populations, and transition age youth (ages 16-25) by providing tuition stipends of up to $20,000, training, education, and professional guidance to at least 30 students in the final year of an accredited Master’s program in addiction/substance use disorder counseling per year.
