Your Roadmap to the Six Stages of Change: How to Achieve True Transformation

There are six stages of change, but it’s rarely a linear process where you travel from point A to point B or C. Instead you move from one stage to the next and then back again, jumping around and slowly passing through each stage while revisiting old lessons.

What’s our point? Addiction isn’t conquered all at once and never for good, and your progress might come temporarily undone. Don’t worry. It’s natural. Look to whichever stage you’re in, be mindful of the upcoming stages and learn from esteemed author Beverly Conyers how to carefully navigate these stages of change to achieve true transformation. And remind yourself to be patient.
