Jordan Peer Recovery, in collaboration with Bowie State University and partners NAADAC, the Association for Addiction Professionals, DC Addiction Professional Consortium, and Volunteers of America Chesapeake, presents the Jordan Peer Recovery First Annual CAP (Culturally Aligned Peer) Recovery Conference at Bowie State University from June 27-29, 2019. Featured speakers include members of NAADAC leadership and various nationally recognized subject matter experts. The CAP Recovery Conference is designed to support the advancement of culturally aligned recovery. This includes trainings on a variety of culturally aligned methods, practices, rituals, programs, and belief systems that promote a "recovery to discovery" process.
