Mission executive director Tony Cooper will be speaking at Enon Baptist Church in Warrior, Alabama, on Sunday, February 24th as part of his 75th Anniversary Celebration & Appreciation tour. Cooper and the Mission will also have a presence at the upcoming Global Impact Conference at the First Baptist Church of Trussville beginning February 27th.

The Arby's Foundation donated $6,000 to Jessie's Place earlier this month as part of its grant initiative to combat childhood hunger. Alabama-based Arby’s establishments raised more than $221,000 in 2018 to help children in need and has set a goal of $250,000 for 2019.
Jessie's Place held its annual "Jesus is the Greatest Love of All" celebration on February 12th. Clients and alumni were treated to a Valentine's Day bash filled with food, activities, and entertainment provided by a host of volunteers. The event focused on Jesus' endless love for each of us and how we should reflect His compassion in the world around us.
