Take the NAADAC 2020 Annual Conference Survey

At NAADAC, the health and safety of our staff and the addiction professionals we serve is our top priority.
As a part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with the best possible education and training during these difficult times, NAADAC is thinking ahead to how we can safely conduct the 2020 Annual Conference & Hill Day taking place in Washington, DC from September 25-30, 2020.
With that in mind, we invite you to complete a short survey to let us know how we can create a conference that will promote learning, networking, and community while keeping everyone safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey should take about five to seven minutes to complete.

Voting for NAADAC’s Executive Committee Ends in Less Than Two Weeks!
|
Every two years, NAADAC members have the opportunity to select officers who will determine the direction of the Association, and represent their geographical regions on the NAADAC Executive Committee.
NAADAC only received one nomination each for the positions of President-Elect, Secretary, and Treasurer and Mid-South, Northeast, and Northwest Regional Vice Presidents. Therefore, these six nominees will be seated in their nominated roles for the 2020-2022 term without an election. Only NAADAC members in the Mid-Atlantic Region (Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington, DC) are eligible to vote for the Mid-Atlantic Regional Vice President. Please find each candidate’s statement on the NAADAC website in order to inform your vote. Members may vote online through their Member Portal or by mail. To request a paper ballot to vote by mail, please email Kristin Hamilton at khamilton@naadac.org. Deadline to Apply for a 2020 William White Scholarship Is in Less Than Two Weeks
|
Are you a student looking for ways to gain recognition in your field and ease your tuition burden? Apply for the 2020 William White Scholarship!
This scholarship was created to promote student addiction studies research and develop the importance of student research projects in NASAC accredited programs, NAADAC approved programs in higher education, or an accredited addiction studies higher education program acknowledged by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) that provides research or education to the addiction profession.
The William White Scholarship will be awarded to one undergraduate student working toward an Associate or Bachelor's degree and one graduate student working toward a Master's or Doctorate degree based on research papers focusing on one of five specified topics outlined on naadac.org/white-scholarship and applied directly to the students' educational debt.
