What You Need to Know About the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)
FacebookLinkedInTwitter
The evolving Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic is undoubtedly affecting all of us, both personally and professionally. As we all deal with the rapidly changing information available, we encourage you to be thoughtful and follow guidance from the CDC, WHO, and other health authorities in determining the policies and practices that you employ during this time.

Below please find some SUD-specific information and resources for your use regarding COVID-19. More information and resources can be found on the COVID-19 Resources page on the NAADAC website, which will be continuously updated as more information becomes available.
In light of the increasing prevalence of COVID-19 in the areas surrounding our office, NAADAC staff is transitioning to working largely remotely. You may find that responses to your submissions and inquiries are slightly delayed as we acclimate into our new remote roles and we ask for your patience. We will continue to do our best to work to support addiction professionals and those they serve.

How Can NAADAC Help You Provide Telehealth Services?
FacebookLinkedInTwitter
Telehealth is the use of electronic information and telecommunication technologies to support long-distance clinical health care, patient and professional health-related education, public health, and health administration (Health Resources & Services Administration, 2020).

Telehealth services include video conferencing, remote patient monitoring, mobile health services, and other electronic communications.

To help you provide your services to our clients remotely, NAADAC has partnered with two telehealth organizations: Clocktree Systems Inc. and Telebehavioral Health Institute (TBHI).

Clocktree Systems Inc. is an affordable, HIPAA compliant telehealth platform designed for healthcare and wellness providers looking for a way to offer video consultations and manage client records remotely. NAADAC members can try Clocktree for FREE for 90 days, then select the plan that's right for you - and receive a 15% discount on all plans for the life of your NAADAC Membership!

Telebehavioral Health Institute, Inc. provides evidence-based telehealth training and certification. NAADAC members can receive a discount of up to $299 on TBHI products and services.

We are actively working to provide more guidance and resources regarding telehealth, and will continue to share them as they become available.
