One of the most important jobs of our Helpline Specialists is to listen with compassion and provide support. Our specialists connect with families every day who are looking for answers, desperate to not let addiction continue to take over their lives.
Our average call with a concerned parent or caregiver is about 45 minutes long. We know substance use disorder is not a one-size-fits-all disease, so we take time to work with families and create a customized action plan based on their unique needs.
