Talking about others is wrong !We have no right over analyzing a person then passing judgment and labeling them. .Another words when it comes too others we will never know their entire story and when we form an opinion about them based on our interactions with them makes us a gossiper and a busybody.These are character defects that will slowly destroy every relationship in your life.
