Many adult Americans grew up in homes with painful family pattern, including active addiction, serious physical or mental illness, loss, economic insecurity, moves, and more. Whether family problems were moderate or severe, eventually most otherwise high-functioning adults are at risk of falling back on ineffective coping skills, particularly when facing relationship challenges.
This one-day experiential workshop offers an introductory experience in understanding the effects of growing up in a painful family system and provides a proven path towards becoming the authentic, secure and self-aware adult you are meant to be.
The workshop is open to Breakthrough program alumni, as well as any individual who is interested in exploring relational patterns.*
