Sign Up By Friday to Guarantee Your Shirt Size!  YMDC 5K Promo, WVLT Local 8 News The 4th annual YMDC 5K, presented by Pilot Flying J, will be held on April 6 at Sequoyah Hills Park! We are challenging all of our supporters to #GetYour5! Grab your family and friends and create a team of 5 (or more!) for this important cause. Proceeds from the race will benefit MDC's Youth Metro Drug Coalition and the activities they facilitate in Knox County High Schools. Youth Metro Drug Coalition consists of sophomore, junior and senior Knox County high school students who have a personal connection to addiction or a passion for substance misuse prevention. Not a runner? No worries, you can walk too! This event is fun for the whole family. This year, if you sign up to run you will get a free chicken biscuit after the race PLUS a free offer card in your race packet from Chick-Fil-A!
