Learn what it is and how to build a program to offer your residents.

10:30 am-12:00 pm Session: Regulatory Landscape Jesse Centamore, Anelia Shaheed, Esq, Andrew Tine, Esq, Blair Tinkle, Moderated by Eva Hibnick The regulatory landscape is constantly changing. Local governments are imposing restrictions on what sober livings need to do to continue to operate. The panel will be discussing: certification of recovery residences; the standards necessary for insurance compensation and how to be compliant with those standards as well as housing standards; patient brokering and the appropriate development of referral relationships. Hear from some of the experts in the field about what is currently happening on the regulatory front so you can make sure to stay ahead of upcoming regulations.

1:30 pm-3:00 pm Session: MAT Panel James Finch, MD, Zach Miller, Richard Summers, LSW, Mark Green, Moderated by Eva Hibnick Learn more about what is happening in the world of medically assisted treatment. Hear from doctors and other leaders in the industry tell you more about MAT so that you can determine whether offering housing to MAT clients is right for your house.

3:30 pm-5:00 pm Session: Networking, Referral Sources and Marketing Your Sober Home Woody Giessmann, LADC-I, CADAC, CIP, CAI, Gabriel Grimalt, Rick Hubbard, David Mosberg, Moderated by Eva Hibnick This is a unique opportunity to learn from some of the leaders in the industry and ask any questions. We will be focusing on how to generate referrals to have a consistent flow of people coming to your sober home. We will hear from treatment center operators on how they vet sober homes and from sober home operators on how they develop and maintain relationships. You won’t want to miss this panel!
