Your Goals Aren't Working. Developing A System Will. 🎯

Happy 2020!

For years, I've made these type of resolutions:

"I'm going to exercise more."
"I'm going eat better in general."
"I'm going to do something for self-care."


Each time, I was surprised only to find out a month later I wasn't doing anything to fulfill them.

I knew there must have been a specific reason I wasn't achieving my goals. And by trial and error, Io I found out a better way to change my lifestyle.

I’m glad that’s over. All in all 2019 was a really positive year, but it was also very painful.
I’ve never had so many people reaching out for help with addiction. It has been overwhelming. 2019 was a real coming out party for the addiction epidemic. This is now a nationwide problem that can’t be ignored any longer.
