We need your help to empower families struggling with substance use disorder. Urge Congress to pass H.R. 5572 in the House and S. 3179 in the Senate, the
Family Support Services for Addiction Act. With bipartisan support in both the Senate and the House, this bill will build a grant program for community organizations and other nonprofits to provide family support services.
We know that when families are involved, the outcomes for their loved ones are better. Now is the time to empower more parents and caregivers with the support and resources that they need to best help their family member. Stigma has kept so many from accessing quality treatment and involving parents and caregivers in the healing process. We can change this by bolstering family support programs around the country.
