The Mental Health Collective is delighted to offer small, highly personalized, three day retreats. Our Relaxing Into Resilience retreat is facilitated by psychiatrist and poet, Dr. Monisha Vasa, and senior mindfulness teacher and poet, Cayce Howe. Their combined skill in mental health, creativity, meditation, and meaningful wellness allow for an unparalleled and transformative retreat experience.
LOCATION + DATES

The Collective Retreats welcomes you to Relaxing Into Resilience, a three day mindfulness and creativity retreat at the beautiful Miraval Resort in Tucson, Arizona. 

This retreat is, by design, intimate and highly personalized to meet the needs of participants struggling with stress and burn-out, as well as those who simply need an opportunity to step away from daily life and rejuvenate.
