Now Accepting Submissions
If you are Black or African American and have a recovery story to tell, we encourage you to join “This is My Brave: Stories from the Black Community” to share your story of hope. If you are interested, we ask that you submit a 5-minute video where you provide a snippet of your piece.

Applications are being accepted now through August 15th, and we will make casting announcements by August 31st. Visit our website for more information or register for our open house by clicking the button below.

Brave Alum in the News
This month, This Is My Brave alum Nneka Hall spoke about a new Maternal Health bill to study disparities in maternal health for women of color, which recently passed the house in Massachusetts.

Nneka shared her story  in This Is My Brave - Boston in 2018. She is a Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Advocate and founded Quietly United In Loss Together (QUILT).

Remembering Rowdy
Rowdy Gifford, a storyteller in our 2018 Ft. Lauderdale show, passed away last Thursday due to complications from COVID. Our heart goes out to Rowdy's family and loved ones, as well to our This Is My Brave family, especially the 2018 Ft. Lauderdale cast and producers.
