New Group at BALANCE: Supporting a Loved One

BALANCE eating disorder treatment center™ is proud to offer our Supporting a Loved One group. Eating disorders affect the family unit and community of the individual in recovery. At BALANCE we believe it is important to offer support and provide education for the family members and support persons of our clients so that they can have a deeper understanding of eating disorders and the recovery process.

Our Supporting A Loved One Group provides an opportunity for parents, spouses, partners and friends to connect with the loved ones of others struggling with eating disorders. This group welcomes loved ones of clients who are in treatment, resistant to treatment or in the process of contemplating treatment. Group members receive their own support as well as discuss the challenges and successes encountered in the process of their loved one's recovery.

Group Meeting Time & Information:

Mondays from 5:00 - 6:15 PM
Facilitated by BALANCE Clinical Director Dr. Capri Warchol, Psy.D., LP, CEDS-S
