👹 Imposter Syndrome is Very Real.

This week, our check-in consisted of defining happiness.

Addiction has a way of making us believe we're destined to live in a cycle of shame and guilt. Though, how far from the truth this is.

As you go into the weekend, remember this: You deserve to be happy. You deserve to live a life that you're excited about. Don't let anybody else make you forget that.

Recovery Coaching

This week's Recovery Coach call was fantastic. At two weeks sober, Shanna is struggling to find a support system during COVID-19. We also helped Rebecca who feels like she continues to live in a state of imposter syndrome. By holding space, providing effective listening, and giving feedback, the group helped her recognize the value she contributes to the world.
