One of the greatest gifts I've found in recovery is the gift of togetherness.
This week, I asked about a specific song that's helped you in recovery.
Together, we've curated a playlist of strength - each backed by our own stories, sentiments, and victories. Each song combined creates a bigger picture of motivation and can be the catalyst to change on a bigger scale.
Listen to the playlist, here.
If you didn't add your recovery song, add it here, and I'll be sure to get it on our Sobriety Engine playlist.
"Alone, we can do so little, but together we can do so much."
Recovery Coaching
On this week's recovery coaching call we helped Cyndy. Feeling angry, frustrated, and sad within her marriage, Cyndy wonders if her or her husband have any commonalities anymore. The coaching group helped Cyndy tap into her inner truth and develop a plan to take action. Listen to the whole call, here. Have an issue you need some coaching through? Join us next week and find out all the event details, here.
Guided Meditation
This week, Cole led us through a Metta Meditation. When we're finding ourselves triggered in personal relationships, being self-critical, or if we're caught in the craziness of the world, a Metta meditation brings a mantra and feeling in the body and gifts it to ourselves, creating an awareness within ourselves that brings us more love and friendliness.

Roundtable Check-In
Our Roundtable Discussion meetings are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings with Pauly A. and they keep getting better and better. Sharing our high-points, low-points, and what's going on in our lives, we all gain some inspiration and hope to start off the day.
