Drug abuse and addiction is a problem that many countries are trying to resolve. According to the World Health Organization, it is estimated that 255 million people used drugs like opioids, cocaine, cannabis, and amphetamines in 2015 alone. That means that the annual prevalence of illegal drug use is 5.3%. That being said, it is impossible to go to a country where there is no drug addiction.
