This is a peer lead support group by parents with lived experience raising children with mental health concerns. At RPLYT we know how important it is to nurture your own mental health during stressful times.   This group is for any parent of any age child who is looking for support even if their child does not have a diagnosis. You can log into Zoom on your computer or your phone. You can interact with the facilitator and group members or just listen. It is whatever you are comfortable with. We are all here to support you on your journey of mental health. A few months ago, Charlotte chatted with Tracy Koga and her HUE Crew about parenting and mental health.
