A Message from The Council of Southeast PA As we all face the incredible changes that the COVID-19 emergency has wrought in our lives in the past month, The Council of Southeast PA has worked to be well-positioned to continue to provide critically needed services for our community. We know that the need for those services do not diminish during a pandemic, instead, the need is far greater. Our Programs and Services continue, in new ways with the same commitment to our mission and dedication to those we serve. Staff have worked quickly to develop ways to deliver our programs and services online and over the phone, we’ve moved to delivering important training via webinars, we continue supporting the school communities where we provide Student Assistance Programs, we are providing telephonic recovery support to those recovering from overdose through the BCARES and ROSE programs, and serving individuals through the Police Assisted Diversion Program. April is Volunteer Appreciation Month, so we would like to say Thank You to all of our Volunteers! We appreciate everything you do! We have expanded hours on the Referral/Information Line, which is now staffed live from 9:00 am – 9:00 pm M-F (800) 221-6333 Please reach out, and learn more about how we can support your recovery or help those who may be struggling even as we all practice strong social distance. Certified Recovery Specialists are available in Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Philadelphia Counties to support people individually by telephone or video. You can call the Referral/Information Line to get connected to someone in your county.
