Dear Friends,
As you know, this week we allowed women to enter our program in an isolated area, quarantined for a time, away from the current population. Twenty-one came. A few staff members who were already sacrificing by being shut in the building have volunteered to be isolated with the 21 new admissions for 14 days on first floor. These precious 21 women had absolutely no hope without coming into our program as soon as possible.
The above Photo of the Week depicts this morning's staff prayer Zoom session, uniting our outside staff with those who are sacrificing on an immeasurable scale right now inside the building, working 7 days a week taking care of our army inside. They cried, laughed, and praised Jesus over what He is doing in the lives of our women and children, even (and especially) in the midst of this crisis.
I cannot tell you how much this moves me - this staff of called women and men, many of whom were saved by Jesus in the Lovelady program, are committed to our mission and to our God in a way that has me thanking the Lord for manning us with hearts that chase after Him.
So for this Photo of the Week email, I am asking you to pray for the precious women and men inside the building who are willing, exhausted and joyful to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
We continue to lift you, your family, the nation and the world in our prayers.
