C4 Events Announces New Technology Event Registration for CORE Opens this Month - Watch for Emails   NEW THIS YEAR - Issues and Innovations: Digital Technology and the Future of Behavioral Health C4 Events, in collaboration with The Center for Internet and Technology Addiction and GLOO, is coordinating a special technology and addiction event -Issues and Innovations: Digital Technology and the Future of Behavioral Health.
