The Dire Need For Empathy | The Fix: I remember a couple of years ago when the middle-aged locals of my town created some nostalgic page on Facebook—you know the type—this was me in front of that deli that’s now a T-shirt shop, oh there’s Patti twenty-five years ago. It’s a common enough occurrence. On this page, someone posted a photograph of me and my girlfriend at the time and I wasn’t terribly thrilled about it.
