"M   y time here at Narconon has really helped me. I learned how to comfortably be there in any situation and how to confront others and problems. In sauna, I rid my body of residual drugs and toxins. During objectives, I learned to be more extroverted in present time. I also learned what I can control.
“I was able to get honest with my family and I disconnected from people with whom I had used drugs with in the past.

I was able to clear my conscience by owning my past harmful actions. I made up the damages to myself and my family I worked through the conditions and I am equipped with tools to maintain a drug free life.
“I made a battle plan for myself when I leave the drug rehab program. I am excited and thankful to be sober. I’m thankful to have had the opportunity to work on myself.”
