- Discover attitudes about self-disclosure and sharing your story
- Understand the stages of recovery
- Describe the sages of change and their applications
- Increase awareness of culture, power, and privilege
- Address ethical and boundary issues
- Experience recovery wellness planning
- Practice newly acquired skills
