About Breakthrough
Breakthrough workshops are intended for anyone seeking to examine and improve relational patterns, including those in recovery from a substance use disorder and those impacted by a loved one’s substance use.
Designed to help adults achieve greater self-awareness and inner knowing, this five-day workshop opens a space for participants to examine and modify long-standing emotional and relational patterns that have begun to interfere with their quality of life or ability to function in day-to-day experiences. This process is supported by a team of credentialed therapists and counselors trained in experiential methods.
The newly renovated Gil Duffy House, the place participants call home for the week, features welcoming group rooms, comforting amenities, and tastefully decorated private bedrooms - some with walk-out balconies. Special touches have been added throughout to create a modern and peaceful ambiance that adds a new dimension of relaxation to your Breakthrough experience.
