Recovery Coaching
Even after nine years of sobriety, Chris was fearful that his kids still see him as the "Alcoholic Dad." He must ask himself if it's worth holding onto strained relationships, or if he should begin to set boundaries. Changing our identity and seeing ourselves as something other than what we've been labeled is a process, but self-esteem, feeling worthy, and being seen in a new light is something we all undoubtedly deserve.

Meditation Mondays
Once lost in active addiction, we lost touch with our feelings and our true selves. In early recovery it's crucial to begin to find a safe space to find grounding and stillness. During this week's meditation, we focused on being still in the present moment.
