INVOLVEMENT: There are endings and there are beginnings.  Each of these is at one or the other end of an involvement, whether it be with a person or an event. Perhaps involvements are difficult because they have a beginning and an end - no matter what. Today I will practice not being upset by either the beginning or the ending of any involvement.
