This one-day experiential workshop offers an introductory experience in understanding the effects of growing up in a painful family system and provides a proven path towards becoming the authentic, secure and self-aware adult you are meant to be.

The workshop is open to any individual who is interested in exploring relational patterns.* Participation will be capped at 10 attendees.

Meet the Facilitator

Randy Gaul
CET, BA, CAAP

Randy has been a Certified Experiential Therapist since 1996 and a Certified Allied Addictions Practitioner since 1995. He received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Kutztown University in Kutztown, PA. Randy came to Breakthrough in 1988 and has grown the program through his tremendous wealth of knowledge and experience in psychodrama and action methods. Randy has also facilitated off-site relationship healing workshops, counselor training using action methods, and workshops addressing the inner critic and self-esteem.
