It's about love

CITYTEAM

LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR

Dear Joseph,

When someone finds help at CityTeam, they often tell us how much they felt loved — even from the moment they walked through our doors.
And, as partners like you know, love changes everything.
Love can soften a hardened heart, mend a broken spirit, transform a life, and even rebuild a community.
This Valentine's Day, we thank you for being a partner in our work. Together, we are bringing life-changing hope to people in desperate need, united by the belief that God has called us to love our neighbors as ourselves.
Here are just some of the stories of how love is transforming lives at CityTeam.

Client stories
Of course, it’s the prayers and generous financial support of caring people that power this work and open the door to lasting change — meals and shelter, groceries for struggling local families, transitional housing, addiction recovery programs, spiritual mentoring, job training and placement, and so much more.
All of this is possible only through a shared commitment to carrying God’s restorative love to our neighbors in need.
Again, thank you for your partnership and continued support.
With love,

Kwinn Tucker

Jesus replied, “‘You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’
