Hope starts with just one meal.

Dear Joseph,

If you’re anything like us, you have already begun preparing for Thanksgiving. It is a day I look forward to every year because nothing compares to a good meal shared with the people you love. Unfortunately, holidays often highlight the feelings of loss and the pangs of hunger for those experiencing homelessness.

This was the case for Tony last Thanksgiving. After Tony's wife passed away, Tony was alone, depressed, and homeless. This year, your partnership is providing hearty meals for men like Tony who need a place to go on Thanksgiving Day and during the rest of the year.

Without help from caring friends like you, hurting people like Tony won't celebrate Thanksgiving – only the harsh realities of living life on the streets. Thanksgiving only deepens their feelings of emptiness. You can help these men and women in their time of need!
Right now the Mission is serving about 400 meals each day. As fall begins to turn to winter we will see that number increase as people seek refuge from the cold. How many meals will you help us provide this Thanksgiving season?
We are thankful for your support and your continued partnership. Without your help, men like Tony may not have had the second chance they needed to have a truly transformed life. That is something to be thankful for!

Yours in Christ's Service,

Jeremy Montgomery
