Caron Breakthrough - Ongoing Virtual Series - Exploring Internal Connections
To honor Breakthrough’s commitment to providing a safe environment for self-exploration, we are inviting you to attend virtual offerings while our in-person workshops are on hiatus. Using expressive methods, each virtual offering will explore ways to deepen your connection with yourself. During this time of physical distancing please join us for the opportunity to virtually connect and grow.
Each month our team members will be hosting a workshop on the following topics:
Self-Expression Through Creativity, Part I: Writing* Wednesday, March 17th at 10AM EST
Self-Expression Through Creativity, Part II: Visual Arts* Wednesday, April 28th at 10AM EST
There are still a few spaces left for weeks 3 & 4 of Exploring Internal Connections Through Self-Discovery on Wednesday, March 17th & Wednesday, April 28th. Each program can only accommodate 20 participants and available spaces are limited.
*Please note: This workshop may not appropriate for those who may be experiencing debilitating emotional symptoms. Contact a member of our Admissions Team for more information.

Holding Space
A FREE virtual series for Caron Breakthrough Alumni Fridays from from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
We will be hosting Holding Space: Connecting with Breakthrough Alumni twice monthly via Zoom. These one-hour meetings provide you with the opportunity to reconnect with one another and celebrate the unique shared experience of Breakthrough while exploring current needs. We look forward to seeing you soon.
