CELEBRATION of freedom from addiction, honoring persons successfully achieving recovery; DEDICATION of rays of hope to those still struggling in their addiction, and to individuals and organizations who have helped support recovery; and COMMEMORATION of lives lost to this tragic and misunderstood disease.
