Your Goals Aren't Working. Developing A System Will. 🎯

Happy 2020!

"I'm going to exercise more."
"I'm going eat better in general."
"I'm going to do something for self-care."

Each time, I was surprised only to find out a month later I wasn't doing anything to fulfill them.

I knew there must have been a specific reason I wasn't achieving my goals. And by trial and error, Io I found out a better way to change my lifestyle.

FCC Approves Plan For Three Digit Suicide Hotline, 988.
It’s engrained in us from a young age, and it’s now a shortcut in our smartphones. If there’s an emergency, a threat, or you feel unsafe, you dial that three digit number: 911. However, for those who feel uneasy about their own mental health, they may feel stymied or even shameful about reaching out for help.
Now there's a number just for that. Read the news, here.

Communication performances of bonding, bridging, and linking will be detailed as critical to family members’ cultivation of stability, finding a rhythm in family life with confidence to manage change. Description: “It’s not the truck you see that runs you over.” Social media, like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, didn't yet exist when many of us were in graduate school, and their impact on our communication with each other - and with our clients - could hardly be anticipated.
