We all need tools and strategies to get through the chaos and drama in our lives. 

Author Denise Krochta used some really simple tools to help her cope with addictions in her family. She's giving us an op.portunity to try some of the things that worked for her by offering the kindle version of her book "Sweat" , F.REE for today and tomorrow.
