STAY CONNECTED   The Council of Southeast Pennsylvania, Inc.  To offer a PCB approved 3 hour training on Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) - Implications for Children & Adolescents with FASD.  Bucks County Doylestown, PA September 29th -In recognition of FASD Awareness Month, The Council of Southeast Pennsylvania, Inc. is offering a three hour PCB approved training exploring the disorder. Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD), including Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) and related disorders such as Alcohol Related Neurodevelopmental Disorder (ARND) are the most common forms of developmental disability and birth defects in the western world. This training explains FASD and is designed to provide caregivers and professionals working with individuals and families affected by FASD a better understanding of the challenges FASD individuals face. The Council is proud to offer this in depth look at FASD presented by Internationally Certified Prevention Specialist David Fialko.
