Emerging Digital Health Technologies and Continuing Care
Many patients, perhaps the majority, do not engage in standard continuing care although it may be available for them. This creates a strong case for the importance of new continuing care models that can supplement, and in some cases replace, the traditional clinical-based approach. Emerging digital health technologies (DHT’s) show promise for helping both to refine therapies for the client’s individual needs while providing support in settings beyond the clinic. This webinar is designed for treatment personnel who want to consider offering continuing care and support services via the Internet for individual, group, family or alumni completing initial recovery programs. Participants will be introduced to basic ethical practices that will enable them to introduce and implement secure Internet technology into the clinical setting and ongoing care plan.

Presenter

Dr. Arthur Trotzky, a pioneer in online therapy and an internationally known addiction treatment specialist was a senior therapist at the Kibbutz Child and Family Clinic for 27 years and Clinical Director of Israel’s first 12-step rehabilitation centers. Learn more at www.onlinegrouptherapy.com.

God Loves You - No Matter What!

God's love for you is unconditional. That is, God doesn't love you because of some virtue you possess. God loves you because "God is love" (1 John 4:8), not because you are lovely.

Religion is one of the biggest propagators of the conditional-love-of-God lie. Most churches teach that God's love for you is conditional, based on your performance. If you pray, go to church, pay your tithes, etc., then the Lord loves you and answers your prayers; but if you fail, then the Lord doesn't answer your prayers. That's not true.

Satan uses many methods to try to block the revelation of God's love for us. One of the subtlest, and therefore deadliest, ways is that he has deceived us into thinking that God's love for us is tied to our performance. We think we have to do something to earn God's love. We have to merit God's love. That is not what the Bible teaches . . .

Learn more about how much God loves you in Andrew's free teaching, God's Kind of Love to You.

PRIDE WILL KEEP YOU SICK

July 18 , 2019 TRANSFORMATION THROUGH SPIRITUAL TRUTH FROM SCRIPTURE AND THE TWELVE STEPS TODAY STEP 5

Step 5: Admitted to God, to ourselves, and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.

2 Chronicles 7:14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Are you brave enough to be honest when you do something wrong. It makes me nuts when people step on your toes and when confronted they swear up and down they did nothing wrong. That's called pride ! Pride is one the most destructive forces in your life and it causes Spiritual blindness. When your wrong quickly admit it and make it right with the other person. This opens the door of your Heart and it allows Gods spirit to fill you with peace and joy. Being humble is one of the most liberating forces in your life and you cant grow Spiritually without it.
