The Gordon Ramsey of Recovery.

Happy Friday everyone!

I'm so excited to announce that we have re-launched our Sober Nation FM podcast. With host Jonathan Sylvester, we're so excited to begin spreading ideas and creating conversations about recovery.

Check out the first podcast below.
And enjoy the rest of this week's highlights!
1. The Gordon Ramsey of Recovery with Dr. Robb Kelly

Today, Robb runs the Robb Kelly Recovery Group and is sometimes referred to as “The Gordon Ramsay of the Addiction Recovery” because of his direct, no-nonsense, and candid approach to treating addiction.

2. Women Are Dying From Alcohol at An Alarming Rate

A new study from the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism found that over the last two decades women have been dying more frequently because of alcohol-related issues.

3. The Sober Spot Check Support Group

Every Thursday, Sobriety Engine hosts an online support group surrounding a different topic. Last night we discussed spirituality, having a higher power, and ways to find one.
