📱Spend All That Time on Your Phone with An Online Meeting.

Happy Friday everyone!
Did you know that the average American spends over five hours a day on their phone?

Five hours is almost a full work day.
Five hours is a non-stop flight from the east coast to the west coast.
That's A LOT of time.

Whatever you decide to do with your five hours a day, challenge yourself to take one hour today to devote to your own self-care and well-being.

Sobriety Engine is excited to announce online support meetings every Thursday at 9 PM EST.

Hope to see there and check out the rest of this weeks news!

1. The Sober Spot Check Online Meetings

3. The Top Myths About Sobriety.

You can't have fun while you're sober. You're not sober if you don't go to meetings. We've all some of them, a few of us have internalized them, and now, we're going to debunk them.

Read the myths, here.
4. We're Approaching 10,000 Years!

In my opinion, one of the best features of Sober Nation is our Sober Since stories section, where we get to feature members of our community, their successes, and their sobriety date. As a collective community, we're approaching 10,000 years, and it's going to be huge! Help us get there!
