‌  ‌  ‌ Dr. Art Kleinschmidt - Former Deputy Director, White House Office of National Drug Control Policy Dr. Art Kleinschmidt served as Senior Advisor on Substance Abuse to the Assistant Secretary for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). As a person in long-term recovery, Dr. Kleinschmidt came to this position with vast real-world experience and education in the field of addiction treatment.
