Letter From Founder & CEO

A Message From Our Founder and CEO:

The majority of us have never experienced anything like the Coronavirus (Covid-19) in our lifetime. We hope you are feeling safe in your community, taking the necessary precautions and taking this one day at a time.

If you’re in Arizona you're aware that we've been advised to postpone events where crowds are gathered to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus which means many AA fellowship meetings have ceased until April. Please visit this link for an online directory of all virtual AA meetings: http://aa-intergroup.org/directory.php

As treatment teaches us, addiction thrives in isolation, but heals in community. We, at Scottsdale Recovery Center, are fully committed to protecting the well being and health of everyone in our abundant community.

SRC is pleased to announce that we are offering Telehealth for all clinical services for PHP and IOP including groups, individual and family sessions. This means that you can join our community from the comfort of your home through your cell phone or desktop computer. All you need is an internet connection and a desire to be part of our SRC Family. We believe in the power of our COMMUNITY and that this offering will help us bridge the gap while fighting COVID-19. Don’t isolate and call us today @ 1-888-NO-DRUGS or
email telehealth@scottsdalerecovery.com! Please include your name and phone number and we'll get you registered to attend within 24 hours. It only takes a few minutes to be on your way to continuing your recovery!

We are here to help and be of maximum service to you. We are increasing all safety precautions recommended by the CDC and the Arizona Department of Health Services. Our Inpatient / Residential, as well as our Outpatient Substance Abuse Programs will be continuing without interruption.

In the meantime, be safe, take care of yourself and your loved ones.

DO THE FIVE!
Help stop coronavirus
1 HANDS Wash them often
2 ELBOW Cough into it
3 FACE Don't touch it
4 FEET Stay more than 3ft apart
5 FEEL sick? Stay home

Sincerely,

Chris Cohn and Lee Yaiva

Staying Connected: A Message from Our CEO on COVID-19

Dear Friends and Supporters,
As our country moves into what appears to be a new reality arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, the health, safety and well-being of our staff, community members and their families are top priorities for us. Through this challenging period and until further notice, Center on Addiction staff is working remotely while doing its part to contain this latest public health threat. But our work continues.
We are dedicated to making our expert resources and content available to those in need via our website, social media and direct-to-family services (including phone, text and email options to connect)—especially during this time of crisis for the nation. Families can continue to seek help, answers and loving support at Center on Addiction. Learn more about our support services by reading our evolving COVID-19 content where you can access additional resources.
I am confident that we will find balance, for both our staff and families in need, by practicing self-care, flexibility, understanding and compassion. While we may be physically separated, we will continue to work together and connect with each other in a myriad of ways. I look forward to keeping in touch with all of you over the coming weeks and keeping the mission to end addiction top of mind.

Regards,
Creighton Drury, CEO
