Kids Take the Brunt of Addiction

New Master Sept 2019
We Have to Take Far More
Action to Protect Our Kids. NOW.
According to US News and World Report:

AT LEAST 2.2 MILLION children had been affected by the U.S. opioid crisis by 2017, with that total poised to grow and the consequences likely to be felt for years to come, a new analysis shows. Read more...

I can tell you that those figures from 2017 have increased exponentially and it's not going to get better any time soon UNLESS we all take action and do a far better job of educating our kids and parents on the truth about drugs.

I see this every day. This is why I presented to more than 100 schools, centers, parent meetings and prisons in 14 states in October 2019. There is no higher priority in my life than carrying out that mission.

I'm ready to come to your state and your facility and help you help your students and parents.

Families need you

Families have the power to create, nurture and heal. Together, Partnership for Drug-Free Kids and Center on Addiction is supporting parents and caregivers with information and peer support to help their loved one struggling with addiction. You can help transform a family’s journey by giving a gift of hope today.

Dear Joseph,

Addiction isn’t invincible.

Families have the power to create, nurture and heal. Together, Partnership for Drug-Free Kids and Center on Addiction are supporting parents and caregivers with information and peer support to help their loved one struggling with addiction. You can help transform a family’s journey by giving a gift of hope today.

Our combined reach, expertise and suite of online and in-person support services to address the addiction crisis can help families thrive, no matter where they are on their journey.

Make your gift ahead of #GivingTuesday because families need your support now. Every donation will help us reach our goal to raise $15,000. Help us ensure every parent and caregiver has access to the free, compassionate guidance and the evidence-based resources they need to get through their most challenging times.

Over 10,000 families have already received help this year and nearly 400 parent coaches have been trained to provide free one-to-one guidance. But, with less than 2 out of 10 people who need addiction treatment receiving any care at all, our work is more important than ever before.

Thank you for making your most generous gift to empower families this holiday season.

Warmest Regards,

Kaila Sassano Signature
