Call For Presentations

Just a reminder that the submission deadlines for WCSAD, CORE and CCSAD occur over the next several months. We receive hundreds of submissions and each is viewed by their respective Planning Committee. Because we host a large number of workshops (between 50-70 at each event), the Planning Committees accept a broad range of topics and favor those with clinical focus supported by evidence-based research and outcomes. Submissions should focus on advanced clinical skills, techniques and integration with current practice. We strive to provide our attendees with the latest and most innovative information, and we hope to have you as a part of our educational program.

While opioid medications may be effective for treating pain in the short-term, they have an extremely high propensity for addiction and do nothing to address its underlying cause.

The good news is that there are many alternatives to opioids that can help alleviate your son or daughter’s pain. We’ve helped to spell them out for you and have provided guidance on how to ask your doctor about these alternatives:

July 18 , 2018 Through the Twelve Steps With Spiritual Truth From Scripture

Proverb 18 v 6 -Fools words get them into constant quarrels, they are asking for a beating.

Step 5. We admitted to God, to ourselves, and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.
Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. James 5:16a NIV

The first step in fixing a problem is recognizing their is one. If every time you turn around your in an argument then there is something wrong with the way your handling everyday life. Pride , stubbornness , bitterness and unresolved anger can be the root of all your trouble.Reworking Step 4 will be necessary and this time around make sure you have gotten all the pain and trouble in your heart out in the open .You know the stuff that keeps you awake at night , keeping it in will keep you heart sick ! Whatever is inside is what is going to come out so be sure the bad is gone and their is room for the good can get in.
