👶 Reparenting Ourselves with The Inner Child.

This week, I asked each of you for an inspirational quote that helped or inspired you. If you didn't add yours, be sure to do so, here.

This week, we had some heavy topics that hit deep including:

- A reparenting exercise to get in touch with our inner child
- Tapping into the wounds of forgiveness
- Conversations on humility and what actions we can take to deepen it

It's been a couple of hard weeks. There's a lot of pain, suffering, and loss in the world. When we can find inspiration and have deep conversations, we can find truth, guidance, and a deeper connection to our Higher Power to get us through and tap into the inner wisdom we all have.

What was one thing that got you through the week?

Enjoy the rest of this week's highlights!

🔔 Recovery Coaching

Oftentimes, it's the underlying hurts that have us wanting to be acknowledged, seen, and valued. Some of these issues can only be addressed with inner child work.

In this week's recovery coaching episode you will learn:

  • How to effectively get in touch with your inner child
  • A reparenting exercise we can all repeat to ourselves to find compassion and empathy
  • Why inner child work is crucial to recovery

Check out the call, here.

🕉️ Guided Meditation

Is it true that if we haven't fully forgiven ourselves, we haven't fully been set free?

In today's meditation with Cole Chance, we tap into a wound of forgiveness that we're having trouble letting go of. From a big wound with her Mother, Cole had trouble forgiving herself with the pain she put her Mother through. In her Mother's eyes she was forgiven, but the weight that Cole put herself underneath was immense.

Listen to this guided meditation, here.
