Start with 10 mins in the morning while you drink your favorite beverage .You will discover why you feel shame , guilt , depression , fear , anxiety , worry , anger , pride,confusion and whatever else leaves you feeling broken , empty , and lost . Gods Big Book teaches, Man shall not live by bread alone but every word that is written in His Big Book. All the answers to your questions about life are in there but if you never read it your life will remain the same.The worlds way teaches to take a pill it will make you feel better but it never does and one pill leads to another till the amount of pills we take will never be enough because they were never the answer , just a diversion to keep us from discovering His Spiritual truth.
