The epidemic rise in prescription drug abuse and the continued struggle with underage drinking,
tobacco and illicit drugs not only has a tragic impact on families but it also places a significant burden
on our nation's health, safety and economy.
Thanks for being a Hero!
249 billion dollars are lost every year because of alcohol abuse. This number doesn't include
illicit drugs, that's another 193 billion dollars. These are the numbers from the Surgeon General's report on Alcohol and Drug abuse.

It's impossible to comprehend these numbers, but at Teen Challenge we're working with individual people who need our help. They each have their story, and we're working with them to write a
happily-ever-after for them.

Will you be their hero to help change their future? Make a much needed donation and together we will change the future for many hurting people.

It's time to bring education and awareness to the current Opioid/Heroin Epidemic. This epidemic is devastating the United States as a whole, with hundreds of deaths a day nationwide. In August of 2016 Miami-Dade County had 270 overdoes, not counting the devastation going on in Broward and Palm Beach Counties.  Join us in helping educate South Florida on addiction issues.
"Recovery is a Process" and Rockers In Recovery has amassed some epic speakers on the topic. This is to help our south Florida community know that there is help, hope, and recovery is possible from addiction.

EDUCATIONAL - It's dedicated to provide our community with addiction prevention and education information to help families, community outreach leaders and anyone who suffers with drug addiction and alcoholism.

We Are Not A Treatment Program or Advocacy Group - The sole purpose is to provide prevention and education to anyone who suffers with drug addiction/alcoholism. We do this through our media platforms using the following; music, and addiction education.

Sincerely,

“If you step out of bounds, admit it. If you lose control of your emotions and lash out, recognize your unhealthy behaviors, apologize and grow from the experience. By respecting the boundaries of others, you fortify your own.” —Mary McGraw Gordon, director of Family and Outpatient Services at the Betty Ford Center

The holidays are quickly approaching. Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanza and many other traditions are just around the corner.  You know what else approaching? Stress, and for many, increased anxiety and depression.

The traditions associated with the holidays often stem from our families of origin and are passed down over time from generation to generation. What’s one to do when such emphasis is placed on being with family during the holidays, yet your family may have rejected you.

How about reinventing your concept of family?
