Give now to Love Your Neighborhood!
Lavish Some Love in Your Neighborhood
Put your faith in action—bless a neighbor in need!
Dear Joseph,
There really is something to the saying, “Bless, and be blessed!”
It feels so good and right to do something for a neighbor in need, out of your own free will. The Bible confirms just how life-giving it is: “As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.” (James 2:26).
DOING something kind and generous COUNTS!
Love Your Neighborhood today...and every day!
Help meet the tremendous needs of your struggling neighbors.
It’s been a long, tough year and the brutal impact of COVID-19 is far from over. Our neighbors facing hunger and homelessness are eager for relief. Many have given up hope.
Won't you pair your faith with a good deed right now? Tell your neighbor they’re seen. Loved. And the future is bright. Please give generously today, remembering James 2:14-17:
“What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save them?
Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to them, 'Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,' but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it?
In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.”
“As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.”
