Marijuana Breathalyzer Test Could Be Ready for Market In 2020: Report
THE WASHINGTON TIMES (10/10) – A device that can test whether people are high on pot could hit the streets as early as late next year. Hound Labs have developed a marijuana breathalyzer test — similar to current ones testing for alcohol consumption — that will be able to tell whether someone is stoned up to three hours after smoking. Read more

Michigan House Passes Bill to Preserve Mental Health Counselors Ability to Practice
DETROIT’S NPR STATION (10/15) – Last Tuesday, the state House unanimously voted 108-0 to approve House Bill 4325 which would allow licensed professional counselors to continue to practice clinical techniques, including diagnosis, psychotherapy and development of treatment plans to address behavioral issues. Read more

CNN (10/21) – […] Dr. Lee Jae-won, a psychiatrist who treats smartphone addiction, said that cycle was a symptom of addiction. When humans are stressed, it reduces dopamine in the brain, prompting them to seek other forms of satisfaction.
