Issue 4 of Victorious Living goes to press October 14!

Every time we go to press I think... "this is the most powerful issue yet!" Just yesterday, as I proofed the magazine one last time, I thanked God for the opportunity to be a part of this amazing publication.

God is using this bi-lingual magazine daily to reach people who are drowning in hopelessness, especially in the prison system. Victorious Living, and YOU, are extending God's hand of hope!

This upcoming issue is very special to me. Our cover story is Jesus, Himself. I am thankful to Korean artist, Yongsung Kim, who allowed us to use his incredible painting of Jesus reaching into the water, extending a hand of hope to Peter. (See above image of our cover).

This image and the story of Jesus (that His Holy Spirit helped me pen) is going to reach hundreds of thousands of people with the Gospel message in a very unique and powerful way. To God be the glory! I hope you will share your copy with an unsaved friend when you are done reading it. You should receive it by the second week of November.

Every time we send out the magazine, I pray that God will not let one copy fall to the ground without producing a harvest. Will you join me in that prayer? I also pray for a multiplication effect. Please ask God to preserve this magazine for years to come.

Did you know that your support of Victorious Living does the following:

  • Creates, prints, and distributes our bi-lingual magazine, which is an evangelical tool sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ in over 2000 prisons.
  • Mentors over 4000 inmates through our correspondence and digital mentorship/discipleship program, available in Spanish and English.
  • Connects inmates to transitional support services like jobs, housing, addiction recovery, as well as to the local church.
  • Provides prayer support to the families of incarcerated people.

Thank you for making all this possible. As you can see, Victorious Living isn't just a good read!

If you haven't supported us lately, will you consider sending a love gift to help us print Issue 4, 2021? Perhaps you will consider becoming a monthly partner and help us meet our needs throughout the year?

Here are some ways your support makes an impact:

  • $50 per month Mentors 5 inmates per month.
  • $100 per month Distributes 2 cases of VL into a prison each month.
  • $1000 per quarter Publishes 2500 copies of VLM each quarter.

Of course, a gift of any size and frequency is appreciated. Thank you for your partnership.

One last thing, if you are in the Orlando area next week, we'd love to have you join us for our October 14th fundraising banquet in Windermere, Florida. Call Pat Avery for details, 352-478-2098.

Sincerely,

Kristiblack-1
